Welcome to Viral Videos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viral Videos mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using Viral Videos, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Viral Videos, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

3. Account & Telegram Authentication

The Service uses Telegram authentication for account creation and login. You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account responsibilities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable U.S. federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's security or integrity
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Service in unauthorized ways
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content accessed through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm other users
• Upload, share, or transmit content that infringes intellectual property or other rights of any party
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code

5. Coins, VIP & In-App Purchases

The Service offers a virtual currency ("Coins") and an optional VIP subscription. Coins and VIP access can be obtained through in-app activities, referrals, or paid purchases via supported payment methods, including Telegram Stars.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Coins and VIP benefits have no monetary value outside the Service, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the virtual currency or subscription system at any time, including pricing and feature availability. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably possible.

6. Referral Program

The referral program rewards both parties with bonus Coins when a new user signs up using a valid invite link. We reserve the right to modify rewards, disqualify referrals we determine to be fraudulent or abusive, and terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Third-party content available through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.

8. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to our designated agent at contact@viralvideos.cloud including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with the DMCA. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

9. User Content

If the Service permits user submissions, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and use your content in connection with operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and any unused Coins or remaining VIP time may be forfeited.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRAL VIDEOS, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viral Videos and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or our official channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through informal good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
